At LarryWorks, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, web design, and creative services to help our clients grow and succeed online. We value transparency and aim to build trust with every client. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
 

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services—such as time investment, creative labor, and third-party costs—all purchases made through LarryWorks.com are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we will always work closely with clients to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
 

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation BEFORE work has started: A full refund may be issued if the project is canceled prior to any design, strategy, or development work beginning.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are mistakenly charged twice, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction.
     

3. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the percentage of work completed and resources expended. This applies only if a client formally cancels a project mid-way.
 

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Logo, branding, or website design work delivered

  • Ad campaign services after launch

  • Time-based services such as consultation calls

  • Domain name purchases, third-party integrations, or platform subscription fees
     

5. Client Dissatisfaction

We strive to meet expectations and offer revision rounds to ensure satisfaction. However, subjective dissatisfaction with design, style preferences, or personal taste does not qualify for a refund once work has been delivered or initiated.
 

6. Delivery Delays

If we are at fault for excessive delivery delays without cause or communication, clients may be eligible for a partial refund. We do not guarantee delivery dates unless stated in a signed agreement.
